Wanaparthy:The District Farmers’ Advisory Committee (DFAC) has been constituted under the aegis of ATMA to directly bring farmers’ issues, suggestions and needs to the government’s attention. Collector Adarsh Surabhi will serve as the chairman, while Vitta Suryachandra Reddy—former sarpanch of Chinnamandadi village in Peddamandadi mandal—will serve as the vice-chairman. Local MLA Thudi Megha Reddy expressed happiness that 10 farmers from his constituency secured positions in the 30-member committee. The committee members are: Itikyala Praveen Kumar Reddy (Peddamandadi); Karpunolla Prabhakar Reddy Raganamoni Mallesh (both Khilla Ghanapuram); Kothakapu Chandrashekhar Reddy, Kotha Samara Simha Reddy (both Wanaparthy); Pulluru Neelav Reddy (Pebbair); Vaddeman Naganna, Ganta Venkat Reddy (both Gopalpet); Katamoni Ramesh (Edula).
