Aspart of Vigilance Awareness Week–2026, a blood donation camp was organized at the Regional Office of Union Bank of India, Khammam, in association with the Thalassemia and Sickle Cell Society (TSCS), Khammam.

Regional Assurance Head N. Sudhakar Rao, along with bank officials and staff members, donated blood during the camp.

The organizers stated that blood donation not only helps save the lives of people in emergencies but also provides vital support to patients suffering from thalassemia and sickle cell disorders, who require regular blood transfusions.

Bank officials and staff members, along with representatives of TSCS, participated in the programme.
