A routine trial run of a repaired RTC bus turned into a serious accident at the RTC depot in Kodad town on Tuesday night, leaving a conductor critically injured. According to reports, the bus was being taken for a trial run after repairs when it reportedly went out of control and hit conductor Kommu Kotaiah, who was in the depot parking area taking his motorcycle. He sustained severe injuries, particularly to his leg, which was reportedly crushed in the accident.

Kotaiah was immediately shifted to a hospital for treatment. Later, he was reportedly moved to a private hospital in Hyderabad for better medical care.
