TheTelangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has fetched Rs 1,386 crore through the e-auction of Plot No. P1 in Raidurg, covering 5.25 acres of prime multi-use land.

The result underscores Hyderabad's emergence as one of India's most dynamic real estate markets and confirms Telangana's strategic approach to infrastructure-led growth.

The land was auctioned against a reserve price of Rs 175 crore per acre, achieving a final realisation of Rs 264 crore per acre, a 50.9 per cent premium over the reserve price.

The result marked a sharp escalation in Raidurg land values. TGIIC's earlier auction fetched Rs 237 crore per acre in May 2026
