AndhraPradesh MedTech Zone (AMTZ) has hosted a leadership & workplace culture dialogue at World Trade Center on its campus here bringing together HR and business leaders to discuss building workplaces where people can perform, grow and contribute.

The event marked the launch of RISE HR-Global Forum — Recruitment, Innovation, Skills and Excellence, a platform for HR professionals to connect, collaborate and exchange best practices across sectors. It also featured the Great Place to Work certification launch for AMTZ Group of Institutions.

The event also featured an MOU exchange between RISE HR-Global Forum and CTC Training Resources Pvt. Ltd. to strengthen capacity building and skill development across organisations, along with the RISE logo launch, AMTZ culture showcase, an interactive workshop and campus tour.

The programme also marked the unveiling of The Atrium, bringing together ISAT, the BRICS Biodesign Centre and Medi Mold’s Advanced Manufacturing Facility to advance innovation, manufacturing and technology translation.

Among others, Dr Vishwanath Joshi, Executive Vice President & Head – People & Culture at Great Place to Work India; E Geetha Varalakshmi, Chief People Officer, AMTZ Group of Institution; and Nitin Bharadwaj, Partner & Head – Oracle Human Capital Management, KPMG India, spoke.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Jitendra Sharma, MD & Founder CEO, AMTZ, who described the Great Place to Work® certification as a recognition of AMTZ’s culture and purpose. He emphasised that as the ecosystem grows, its strength must remain its people, building human capital driven by purpose, contribution and growth, where individuals find meaning in their work and contribute to something larger than themselves.

Dr Vishwanath Joshi highlighted that people are an organisation’s key differentiator. He emphasised that great workplaces are intentionally built by leaders who listen, inspire and care, creating an environment where people feel heard, valued and trusted. When employees

understand why their work matters, they contribute with greater pride and purpose. Geetha Varalakshmi underlined that culture shapes people, people shape performance and ultimately culture drives the business. She stressed the need to move beyond conventional HR practices towards coaching, engagement and opportunities that help people realise their potential.

Nitin Bharadwaj highlighted the evolution of HR at AMTZ beyond administration into a force connecting people, manufacturers and institutions across the ecosystem, fostering resilience, purpose and responsibility.
