Across industries, AI is influencing decision-making, customer engagement, productivity, research and business strategy. Yet, discussions around executive education often remain limited to whether institutions should introduce more AI-focused courses.</lang>

Working professionals enter executive education with different experiences, responsibilities and career aspirations. A finance leader, healthcare administrator, marketing professional and technology manager may enrol in the same programme, but their learning requirements will rarely be identical. AI can help institutions create more contextual and adaptive learning journeys. It can identify knowledge gaps, recommend relevant content, provide timely feedback and allow learners to progress according to their individual needs. For professionals balancing demanding careers, this level of personalisation can significantly improve the relevance and practical value of learning.</lang>

Professionals can use AI-powered tools to clarify concepts, test ideas, simulate business situations and explore alternative approaches to real-world problems.</lang>

It must prepare professionals to understand and use AI effectively, while strengthening the human capabilities that technology cannot replicate, including critical thinking, ethical judgement, communication and leadership. The institutions that succeed will not necessarily be those that teach AI the fastest. They will be the ones who use it thoughtfully to make executive education more relevant, adaptive and valuable for professionals navigating an increasingly AI-driven world.</lang>
