SecunderabadCantonment MLA Sreeganesh on Thursday inspected various repair and development works being undertaken at the Government Primary School in Anna Nagar, Ward 3, with support from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds.

The works were taken up to address roof leakage in the school buildings, carry out essential civil repairs and provide students with safer and better classroom facilities.

Sreeganesh appreciated Mahavir International Udaan for taking up the repair works as part of its CSR initiative. He said the participation of voluntary organisations in improving government school infrastructure, alongside government efforts, was essential for ensuring better facilities for students.

The MLA urged more organisations and corporate entities to come forward and support similar initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and creating a conducive learning environment in government schools.

School teachers, representatives of Mahavir International Udaan and students were present during the inspection.
