TheTelangana State Civil Supplies Department has successfully completed 50 days of its strategic 100-day operational action plan, Mission K-100, achieving significant milestones in pending Custom Milled Rice (CMR) evacuation, clearing warehouse, and fund mobilisation ahead of Kharif 2026–27.

During a comprehensive mid-term review meeting chaired by Commissioner of Civil Supplies M Stephen Raveendra, said that the department has achieved an overall cumulative CMR delivery of 11.17 Lakh Metric Tonnes (LMT), demonstrating strong operational discipline. This includes 8.34 LMT delivered across Weeks I to VI, recording an impressive 74 per cent achievement rate against targeted weekly allocations. The intensive monitoring mechanism has successfully activated 340 previously dormant mills, bringing down zero-delivery units from 1,351 to 1,011 across the state.

Vigilance teams are actively conducting intensive field inspections and registering FIRs against defaulters. The department was also executing the Revenue Recovery (RR) Act to seize properties and freeze bank accounts of defaulting millers, he said. So far the recovery of auctioned paddy has yielded a total of Rs. 1,000.57 crores as of August 19, 2026.
