Everyyoungster should aspire to rise from Palamuru to the national level, said renowned Army officer Col. V. Suresh Goud. He emphasised that the right mindset, discipline, determination and consistent hard work can help anyone achieve his goals. He was speaking to students at the “From Palamuru to National Level” programme organised at Jayaprakash Narayan College of Engineering (JPNCE), where he shared his life journey, challenges, important decisions and achievements.

Col. Suresh Goud urged students not to wait for opportunities but to create them. He advised them to aspire beyond seeking jobs and strive to become job creators. He encouraged students to closely analyse global developments and make use of emerging opportunities in technology, startups, entrepreneurship and innovation. He said reading, physical fitness, self-confidence and a positive attitude are essential for success.

Stressing that the future of the country lies in the hands of its youth, he called upon students to develop the spirit of asking, “What can we do for our country?” He also explained various opportunities available in the defence sector and wished for greater enthusiasm, determination and patriotism among the youth of Palamuru.
