I’m not anti-planning, but the amount of effort that goes into planning needs to be inversely proportional to how far in the future you’re planning for. “What happens next week if this crazy test works?” By all means think about what you’re going to do. “How do we structure our retail rollout if people actually like this product in two years?” … two seconds’ worth
