Japan-based HanaVista Consulting Pvt Ltd is exploring a long-term partnership with the ITDR Driving Training Institute in Telangana to train skilled Indian professional drivers and create employment opportunities in Japan.

As part of the initiative, representatives of the company visited the ITDR Driving Training Institute at Baddenapally in Thangallapally mandal of Rajanna Sircilla district on Friday to assess the institute’s facilities and training capabilities.

The team inspected the driving training methods, infrastructure, training equipment, operational standards and overall learning environment at the institute. Discussions were also held on developing a structured collaboration to equip Indian drivers with skills matching international requirements.

The initiative aims to provide better overseas employment opportunities for trained drivers from Telangana, officials said. If the proposed partnership takes shape, it is expected to create new avenues for youth seeking jobs in Japan.

The visit was conducted following directions from Telangana IAS officer Hari Prasad, with HanaVista Consulting CEO Sayuri Matsuno leading the delegation.

District Transport Officer D Srinivas, Motor Vehicle Inspector Vamsidhar and ITDR Principal Dorai Murugan were among those present during the visit.
