Thedistrict administration has completed all arrangements for the distribution of NTR Bharosa pensions scheduled for August 1, DRDA Project Director B Nagesh said on Friday. He said pensions amounting to Rs 118.08 crore will be distributed to 2,67,217 beneficiaries across the district under the July 2026 pension cycle. “The administration has made comprehensive arrangements to ensure doorstep delivery of pensions through village and ward level staff,” Nagesh said.

He added that distribution would begin from the morning in all areas and that special monitoring arrangements had been put in place to ensure beneficiaries receive their pensions without any inconvenience.

He further said the State government has newly sanctioned spouse pensions to 225 widows under the Spouse Pension scheme. He expressed confidence that the distribution process would be completed smoothly with the coordinated efforts of officials and field level staff.
