A 37-year-old software professional was found dead in suspicious circumstances at Kuppam Railway Station in Chittoor district on Thursday night, prompting Railway police to launch an investigation into the incident. The deceased has been identified as Chirala Radha, a resident of Aduripalle village in Nellore district.

She was employed with a software company in Bengaluru, where she had been residing with her husband, Ravi, and their two children.

According to police officials, Radha had left her Bengaluru residence for work as part of her regular routine.

However, when she failed to return home, concern grew among her family members.

Later that night, her body was discovered at Kuppam Railway Station under circumstances that investigators have described as suspicious.

Following the discovery, Railway police shifted the body to Government Area Hospital in Kuppam for a postmortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.

A case of suspicious death has been registered, and officials are examining all possible angles to ascertain how Radha ended up at the railway station and the events leading to her death. Further investigation is underway.
