Thewomen’s wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Indian Women Network (IWN) is organising the ‘CII IWN Andhra Pradesh Leadership Conclave 2026’ on Friday in Visakhapatnam.

Deputy Chairperson of Visakhapatnam Port Authority Roshni Aparanji Korati, Visakhapatnam City Commissioner of Police Shankhabrata Bagchi, vice-chairman of CII AP G Sambasiva Rao, chairperson of CII IWN Southern Region Sivapriya Balagopal and chairperson of CII IWN Usha Panthula, among others, will address the gathering at the conclave scheduled to commence from 10:30 am at Fluentgrid Limited, Rushikonda.

The ‘IWN AP Leadership Conclave 2026’ aims to create a platform for dialogue, reflection and actionable thinking around defining leadership questions of India @100.

Building institutions beyond individuals, the deliberations at the conclave will focus on how to create organisations and systems that outlast personalities and remain resilient through change.

Moving beyond conversations, the conclave brings leaders together to build institutions, lead systems and secure a sustainable India.
