A man committed suicide during a video call with his wife in Chandragiri town on Thursday. The deceased was identified as Jagadeesh (47), a resident of Tirupati and an employee at a college in Rangampeta. According to police, Jagadeesh had an argument with his wife on Wednesday and went to his parents’ house in Chandragiri. Before taking his life, he made a video call to his wife and informed her of his intention. The wife promptly alerted police. Police rushed to the spot, forcibly entered the house as none opened the door and found Jagadessh dead. The body was shifted to hospital for post-mortem. A case was registered and investigation is on.
