LocalMLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy conducted an extensive morning walk in Pullemla village of Chandur mandal on Thursday, interacting with residents and inspecting development works and public infrastructure. During the visit, the MLA inspected the proposed road widening works in Pullemla village, which form part of the road development project from Idikuda to Teratipalli. He sought details on the number of houses that would be partially or fully affected by the road expansion.

He also inspected the under-construction Anganwadi Centre, Primary Health Sub-Centre, Gram Panchayat building, and Community Hall. He instructed his staff to prepare the necessary estimates to ensure the timely completion of these projects. Discussions were also held regarding the approval and tender process for roads connecting Pullemla with surrounding villages.

As part of his visit, Reddy visited the huts of economically weaker families and assessed their living conditions. He enquired with local leaders and mandal officials about the status of Indiramma Housing Scheme beneficiaries and directed housing department officials to identify genuinely poor families whose housing approvals had been delayed due to technical issues. He also inaugurated a newly constructed Indiramma house in the village.

The MLA later inspected the Government High School in Pullemla and observed that the existing classrooms were too congested for effective teaching. Stressing the need for a spacious school building and a proper playground, he asked local leaders to identify suitable land.

Villagers informed him that the Endowments Department owned 26 acres of land in the village. Acting immediately, Raj Gopal Reddy spoke over the phone with Endowments Commissioner Hanumantha Rao and requested the allocation of Endowments Department land for the construction of public utility buildings, including a new school, to benefit the people of the Munugodu constituency.
