These include 60.29 acres at a price of Rs 15 lakhs per acre for the Adani Foundation to establish a skill, education, healthcare and medical education ecosystem in Visakhapatnam; 91.38 acres for Ecobox Industrial Asset IV Pvt. Ltd. to develop a logistics and light industrial park; 93.43 acres for Berry Alloys Ltd. to establish a Rs 1,200 crore integrated steel raw material project in Vizianagaram, and 34.02 acres for Akshat Greentech Pvt. Ltd. to set up a 3.5-GW solar cell manufacturing unit in Anakapalle with an investment of Rs 1,600 crore generating 750 jobs.

Incentive packages for Mondelez India to expand its Sri City chocolate manufacturing plant with an investment of Rs 1,801 crore, Averon Panels' Rs 1,137.58 crore integrated wood panel project in Kuppam, and SAF One India's Rs 1,356.22 crore sustainable aviation fuel plant were also approved.

A major logistics boost came with approval for an Integrated Logistics Park at Satyavedu in Tirupati district. Spread over 63.01 acres, the Rs 255 crore project will include warehousing, industrial units, container yards, truck terminals and cold storage facilities, creating around 1,000 jobs.

The Cabinet also approved incentives for tourism projects, including an ITC Welcomhotel four-star hotel in Nellore, a three-star hotel and an integrated amusement park in Kadapa, a Sarovar Portico mixed-use hospitality project in Vijayawada, besides amending the Tourism Policy to facilitate promotion of concerts.

For Amaravati, the Cabinet approved fresh CRDA land allotments, amendments to Land Pooling Scheme Rules, doubled the monthly rehabilitation assistance for 634 displaced families from Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000, and cleared implementation of the agricultural loan waiver scheme for eligible farmers in seven Land Pooling Scheme villages.

In a major decision relating to public infrastructure, the Cabinet sanctioned 10 Multi-Village Drinking Water Schemes worth Rs 9,355 crore and 2,943 drinking water works costing Rs 1,811.81 crore to improve water supply in severely water-scarce habitations, subject to availability of Jal Jeevan Mission and other funds. The Cabinet also approved Rs 1,800 crore working capital support for AP MARKFED, establishment of an exclusive NIA Special Court at Visakhapatnam with state-wide jurisdiction, three Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Centres of Excellence for IIT-JEE and NEET coaching, increase in the government's equity in MARKFED, and several administrative and land-use approvals.
