Amidthe ongoing factional differences within the Tungaturthi Congress party, MLA Mandula Samuel made significant remarks, asserting that the nine mandal Congress presidents announced by PCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud will continue in their positions and that there will be no change to their appointments. Addressing a press conference at his camp office in Tungaturthi on Friday, under the chairmanship of Mandal Congress president Regati Ravi, the MLA said, “as long as there is life in me, there will be no changes in the announced mandal presidents. There is no question of bowing to anyone’s pressure.” Samuel said the selection of mandal presidents was made while maintaining social balance and representation. He urged party leaders and workers to set aside personal differences and work together to strengthen the Congress party. He noted that minor disagreements among colleagues are natural and advised the newly appointed presidents to resolve such issues while taking everyone along. The MLA emphasized that there should be no distinction between old and new members in the constituency and called for united efforts to further strengthen the Congress Party and lead it back onto a victorious path.
