HeteroPharma, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, has announced a large-scale recruitment drive in partnership with the Department of Intermediate Education, Telangana (TGDIE).

This was announced by the TGDIE Director and Secretary of Telangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE), Abhilasha Abhinav, on Friday.

Accordingly, the initiative aims to recruit more than 300 Intermediate (10+2) qualified candidates for Production and Quality Control departments across Hetero’s world-class manufacturing facilities.

This collaboration builds on Hetero’s successful participation in the recent Mega Job Melas organised under the Telangana Training & Placement initiatives, where over 70 candidates were selected. Encouraged by the quality and enthusiasm of these candidates, Hetero is expanding its efforts to provide structured training and robust career opportunities for fresh graduates.

After a meeting with Hetero’s senior HR leadership team, including Alla Srinivas, General Manager HR; and Madhuri I, Abhilasha Abhinav said, “This collaboration reflects our commitment to empowering students with meaningful employment opportunities. By joining hands with Hetero, we are ensuring that young graduates gain access to industry-relevant training and sustainable career paths in the pharmaceutical sector.” Through this initiative, Hetero and the Department of Intermediate Education reaffirm their shared vision of nurturing local talent, strengthening Telangana’s skilled workforce, and driving employment generation in the state.
