DistrictCollector Sandeep Kumar Jha on Thursday said government schools in the district are providing modern infrastructure, quality education and nutritious meals comparable to corporate institutions. He urged teachers to treat every student as their own child and ensure that no child is deprived of quality education.

Chairing a review meeting with Mandal Education Officers at the Integrated Collectorate, the Collector reviewed PM Poshan, student enrolment and various academic programmes. He directed officials to intensify the ‘Badi Bata’ enrolment drive, create awareness among parents about the facilities available in government schools and achieve the target of enrolling 9,000 students during the current academic year.
