TheRotary Club of Hanamkonda appointed its new office bearers and Board of Directors for the 2026–27 Rotary year on Thursday.

Rotary district 3150 Governor Rtn Uday Pilani inducted the new team led by Rtn. Vanga Raji Reddy as President, Rtn. Pasham Sanjeeva Reddy as Secretary and Rtn. Bairagoni Kumaraswamy as Treasurer. Speaking on the occasion, the Governor called upon the club to strengthen humanitarian activities through sustainable community service projects. The club also presented a cheque for Rs3.15 lakh to the Rotary Foundation for a bicycle distribution project for girl students, aimed at promoting education and empowering young women. Guest of Honour Dr. C. Sharath Babu, Assistant Governor Rtn. Sharu Prabhakar Reddy, Rotary leaders, members and guests attended the programme.
