        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">GovernorShiv Pratap Shukla on Thursday directed officials to ensure benefits of the Central and State development and welfare schemes reach the last eligible beneficiary through coordinated and efficient implementation. He stressed the need for transparency, quality, accountability and greater use of technology in governance to deliver better public services.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">He chaired a comprehensive review meeting at the Hanumakonda collectorate to assess the implementation of development and welfare programmes in Hanumakonda and Warangal districts.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">The meeting was attended by Social Welfare Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar, Legislative Council Deputy Chairman Dr Banda Prakash, State Finance Commission chairman Sircilla Rajaiah, MLAs Naini Rajender Reddy and KR Nagaraju, Hanumakonda collector Chahat Bajpai, Warangal collector Dr Satya Sharada, Warangal Police Commissioner N Swetha, and senior officials.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">The DCs made detailed presentations on historical significance of two districts and progress of welfare and development programmes covering healthcare, agriculture, education, infrastructure, and other key sectors. Swetha briefed the Governor on law and order, public safety and policing initiatives being implemented in the commissionerate.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">The Governor reviewed the implementation of the TB Mukt Bharat programme, medical services for  TB patients, screening camps, construction of Indiramma/2 BHK houses, and progress of the Pulse Polio. He instructed officials to intensify TB eradication efforts through large-scale screening and ensure 100% implementation of the Pulse Polio through inter-departmental coordination.</lang>
      </p>

        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">He told officials governance should be a continuous process of improvement, with shortcomings identified and rectified promptly. He appreciated efforts of the administration, police and departments in implementing development initiatives and maintaining effective public administration.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Shukla observed there is scope for improving quality and efficiency across all sectors and emphasised  development is an ongoing process. Officials should ensure the benefits of welfare schemes reach genuine beneficiaries in a transparent and responsible manner.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">He stressed importance of giving priority to education, healthcare and agriculture. Referring to the region’s prominence in cotton cultivation, he suggested encouraging farmers to adopt high-value crops and value-added agricultural practices to improve their income.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Highlighting importance of transparency in governance, he said a transparent administrative system benefits the public, farmers, and the government alike. Referring to rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI), he said AI is bringing revolutionary changes across various sectors. While acknowledging future challenges, he noted that AI should not be feared, as it is a tool created by humans and can be effectively utilised to improve governance and service delivery.</lang>
      </p>

        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">He said balanced attention to every sector and coordinated functioning among all departments would ensure comprehensive development. Shukla appreciated the district administration for effectively implementing the Central and State schemes in the two districts.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Social Welfare Minister A Laxman Kumar appreciated the coordinated efforts of officials in implementing development and welfare programmes. He urged them to translate the Governor’s suggestions into action and deliver better services.</lang>
      </p>
      <p style=".Bodylaser">
        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Kumar directed officials to resolve public grievances at the grassroots level and strengthen public confidence in the government. He stressed the need to focus on education, healthcare, agriculture, welfare hostels, and infrastructure development. He instructed officials to ensure student safety, sanitation, drinking water and healthcare during the monsoon without any negligence.</lang>
      </p>

        <lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" font="Minion Pro" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Additional collectors Ravi and Sandhya Rani, Warangal DCP Dhara Kavitha and officials from various departments attended the meeting.</lang>
