The specially curated menu features traditional delicacies such as Nadru Yakhni, Kashmiri Rajma Dal, Maaz Shah Jeera Kebab, Kashmiri Mutton Rogan Josh, Kesar Phirni, and Shufta, prepared using authentic ingredients and time-honoured recipes.

Hotel Manager Manish Pathak said the festival aims to introduce guests to the distinctive tastes and culinary traditions of Kashmir while offering an immersive dining experience.
