They explained how nanoscience and nanotechnology are being used in agriculture, electronics, communications, healthcare, energy, material sciences, space research, industry and environmental protection. They said these technologies are opening up new possibilities for innovation and scientific development. Rector Prof Ch Appa Rao and Registrar Prof M Bhupathi Naidu appreciated the initiative, saying such programmes help introduce students to advanced scientific fields and encourage them to explore research opportunities. Dean of Research and Development Prof G Narasimha coordinated the programme and said Nano Jatha was designed to help students understand nanoscience through expert lectures, demonstrations and interactive learning activities. Students took part in expert talks, video presentations, interactive sessions, quiz competitions and live demonstrations. The exhibition featured displays on gold nanoparticles, galvanisation reactions, piezoelectric pavement, electricity generated from fruit juice, humidity sensors, among other things.</lang>
