TataConsultancy Services (TCS) is set to significantly expand its presence in Andhra Pradesh, with plans to strengthen its Visakhapatnam operations and build a workforce of nearly 20,000 employees over the next three to five years, according to TCS Visakhapatnam Delivery Centre Head Ravi Bhavaraju.

Addressing final-year engineering students at a free placement talk organised by the Training and Placement Cell of SRKR Engineering College here on Wednesday, Bhavaraju highlighted the company’s growth plans and the increasing opportunities for aspiring engineers in the state. The programme was presided over by Dr K R Satyanarayana, Head of the Training and Placement Cell. Speaking on the occasion, Bhavaraju said TCS intends to work closely with educational institutions and government organisations to promote innovation, skill development, and technological advancement. College Principal Dr KV Muralikrishna Raju and Dean of Training and Placement Dr K R Satyanarayana stated that TCS has consistently extended strong support to SRKR Engineering College over the years. TCS Business HR Head D Mallik, Senior HR Recruiter Prafulla Bammidi, faculty members, and students participated in the programme.
