Amaravati:Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday directed officials to take yoga to every household in Andhra Pradesh by integrating the practice with the state's flagship Sanjeevani health programme, while calling for the successful implementation of the Yogandhra initiative.

Reviewing preparations for International Yoga Day celebrations at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister stressed the need to encourage people to adopt yoga as part of their daily lives and focus on preventive healthcare. He instructed officials to prepare a year-long action plan under the theme "Yoga for Every Household" and suggested instituting special awards next year for yoga master trainers who deliver exceptional performance.
