SriRamakrishna Vidyalayam, located at Guttala Bazar in Khammam and functioning under the aegis of Sri Saraswathi Vidyapeetam, opened on Wednesday with traditional Vedic rituals, including Ganapathi Puja, Gayatri Homam and Saraswathi Puja.

The ceremonies were conducted in the presence of Vibhag President Devaki Vasudeva Rao, the school’s principal, teaching and non-teaching staff, seeking divine blessings for a successful academic year and the overall development of students.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the school management committee, alumni, parents and students, who joined in offering prayers for the smooth and successful commencement of the new academic session.

Addressing the gathering, Devaki Vasudeva Rao said that education should go beyond the mere acquisition of knowledge and focus on nurturing values, discipline and character among students. He appreciated the institution’s efforts in providing a blend of modern education and Bharatiya cultural values.
