BJP leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy on Wednesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s twelve years in office have placed India on an unprecedented path of development, transforming the country into a global economic force while ensuring welfare-driven governance.

Speaking to reporters after visiting a photo exhibition atKhammam Railway Station showcasing the achievements of the Modi government, Sudhakar Reddy said the BJP’s vision was to achieve “Viksit Telangana” in line with the broader goal of “Viksit Bharat”.

He said the exhibition was part of a nationwide campaign being conducted from June 5 to June 21 under the directions of BJP national president Nitin Nabin to highlight the Centre’s development initiatives and welfare programmes.

“The NDA government has been built on the pillars of trust, development and public welfare. Special focus has been placed on empowering farmers, women, youth and the poor,” he said.

The BJP leader accused both the previous BRS government and the current Congress government of failing to meet public expectations.

He alleged that the BRS administration was marked by corruption and family rule, while the Congress government had failed to fulfil key promises such as complete farmloan waivers and timely fee reimbursement for students.
