BRSLP Deputy Leader T Harish Rao on Wednesday said that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, who claims Hitler as his inspiration, would meet the same fate as Hitler. Rao made these comments while participating as the chief guest at the BRS Membership Enrollment and SIR Awareness Meeting held in Husnabad, Siddipet. Harish Rao recalled the contribution of senior leader Captain Lakshmikantha Rao, who stood alongside KCR during the Telangana movement and was arrested at Alugunur crossroads while participating in the struggle. Harish Rao said Husnabad had always enjoyed a special place in KCR’s heart and has historically been the launchpad for many important political campaigns.

He noted that the region played a crucial role in the early growth of the party and later benefited from several developmental initiatives under the BRS government, including the establishment of the Husnabad Revenue Division, SP and DSP offices, Electricity DE office, a full-fledged RTC depot, the Gouravelli Project, and the development of Gandi Mahasamudram tank. Referring to the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, Harish Rao urged party workers to remain vigilant and ensure that genuine voters are not excluded from the electoral process. Harish Rao stated that while BRS leaders resigned from their positions and made genuine sacrifices for Telangana statehood, Revanth Reddy only indulged in political drama.

He alleged that when the movement demanded resignations, BRS legislators submitted originals, whereas Revanth Reddy resorted to theatrics by submitting photocopies. Rao further alleged that while fee reimbursement payments for poor students were being delayed, contractors continued to receive payments because commissions were involved, calling it commission mode governance.

Responding to remarks allegedly made by the Chief Minister about his height, Harish Rao said personal attacks would not divert attention from pending farmer assistance, crop bonuses, and unfulfilled promises.
