HanumakondaDistrict Collector Chahat Bajpai and Warangal District Collector Dr Satya Sharada on Saturday inspected the ongoing beautification and development works at the Ursugutta–Rangasamudram (Ursu Cheruvu) lake bund, which are being carried out under the supervision of the Public Health Department.

During the inspection, the Collectors reviewed the progress and quality of the works with officials and instructed them to accelerate the execution to ensure completion of the project within the stipulated timeframe. They emphasised that all works should strictly adhere to the prescribed quality standards and must be undertaken in a manner beneficial to the public.

The Collectors also directed officials to focus on enhancing the overall appearance of the lake bund area and to ensure a cleaner and more pleasant environment for visitors and local residents.

Municipal Engineer Santosh Babu, City Planner Ravindra Radekar, Tahsildar Iqbal and officials from various concerned departments were present during the inspection.
