Versatile actor Vijay Antony is gearing up for another content-driven entertainer with his upcoming film Nanna Kutty, the Telugu version of the Tamil project Appa Kutty. Directed by Mu. Maran, the film is positioned as an emotional action drama centered on the powerful bond between a father and daughter.

The makers recently unveiled the first-look poster, instantly grabbing attention for its raw intensity and emotional depth. The poster features Vijay Antony in a bruised and bloodied avatar, with visible cuts and swelling across his face. Despite the injuries, his determined expression stands out, while a little girl resting on his shoulder subtly highlights the emotional core of the story.

Produced by Meera Vijay Antony and co-produced by Ramanjaneyulu Javvaji under the Sarvanth Ram Creations banner, Nanna Kutty is said to blend family emotions with gripping action and intense drama. The makers believe the film will connect with both mass audiences and family viewers.

The shooting formalities have already been completed, and the team is currently busy with post-production work. The makers are planning a grand theatrical release in August.

Apart from Vijay Antony, the film features a strong supporting cast including Preethi Asrani, Lithanya, Bhagavathi Perumal, Haripriya Isai, Aruvi Madhan, Chitra Lakshmanan, Sreeja Ravi, Vettai Muthukumar, Jensan Diwakar, Muruganantham, and Munnar Ramesh in important roles.

The technical team also adds weight to the project. Rajeev Raajendran handles cinematography, while Vijay Antony himself composes the music and takes charge as editor. Production design is managed by A Raja.
