TheTelangana Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) has announced a change in the schedule for the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations (IPASE), May/June 2026 session. The adjustment follows the State government’s declaration of May 28 (Thursday) as a public holiday on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha (Bakrid).

A TGBIE statement said on Saturday, the Environmental Education examination, originally slated for May 28, will now be held on May 29 (Friday) from 10 am to 1 pm. The rest of the examination schedule remains unchanged.

The decision was made in accordance with G.O.Rt. No.718, issued by the General Administration (Spl.E) Department on May 22, 2026, which modified an earlier order that had declared May 27 as the holiday. The Board stated that the rescheduling aims to avoid inconvenience to students and examination administrators.

All principals of government, aided, private, and residential junior colleges have been instructed to inform students immediately and ensure wide publicity of the revised date.

Students are advised to take note of the change and attend the examination accordingly.
