Thesleuths of Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday carried out raids at the house of Medchal-Malkajgiri Deputy Collector Vamshi Mohan in connection with a disproportionate assets (DA) case booked against him.

The Rangareddy district ACB special teams carried out searches at eight places linked to him across Medchal and Ranga Reddy districts to collect more details about the DA assets beyond his known sources of income. Mohan earlier worked as Serilingampally RDO. Following allegations that Mohan amassed disproportionate assets, the ACB booked a case against him. The investigation has also brought attention to allegations linked to government land transactions during Vamsi Mohan’s period as Shamirpet and later Serilingampally revenue officer.
