‘Finova2026’, an event showcasing academic and practical skills of B Com and BFSI students, was organised at Aditya College of Commerce here on Wednesday.

Dr BP Narasareddy, Head of the Department of Commerce, Government Autonomous College, attended as the chief guest. He advised students to pursue their studies with determination and strive for excellence. He explained the significance of the 5 Ps and 5 Es and encouraged students to develop skills relevant to their future careers. As part of the event, students displayed projects and models covering stock market operations, management tree, zero waste, start-ups, food stalls, game stalls, human resources, insurance, Trade Sphere and AI in finance.

College Director SP Gangi Reddy, Aditya College Principal P Lakshmi Saroja and Aditya College of Commerce Principal KV Sriram appreciated the students for their participation and congratulated those who worked on the projects.

The organisers said Finova 2026 provided students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to commerce, banking, finance, management and emerging technologies.

The event also helped students present their ideas and understand the application of classroom learning to real-world situations.
