Aspart of annual inspections, SP Sirishetty Sankeerth on Tuesday inspected Mahamuttaram Police Station and the Katarm Circle Office and reviewed cleanliness, records, armory management, staff discipline, uniforms and departmental performance. He interacted with police personnel to understand duty management, performance and welfare concerns.

The SP inspected CCTV systems and directed officers to use technology effectively for crime prevention and public safety. He stressed road accident prevention, visible policing, surveillance patrolling and community policing.

He urged personnel to improve skills in CCTNS 2.0, e-Sakshya, digital forensics, cyber investigation and social media monitoring. He also directed prompt disposal of pending cases and continuous surveillance of drug offences, cybercrime, traffic violations, rowdies and habitual offenders.

The SP stressed special attention to women, children and senior citizens. He later planted saplings at both premises.
