When traffic signals fail, chaos reigns. No one would vouch for this other than the traffic cop more so when a woman cop presiding, helplessly over the chaos at the Shenoy Nursing Home junction in West Marredpally. Despite repeated reminders about dysfunctional traffic signals at the bustling junction, traffic police bigwigs seem to be nonchalant and have turned a blind eye to the chaotic commuting.

While the traffic cops blame GHMC for refusing to permit them to dig the road to fix the underground cable problem, baldia babus’ ostrich-like attitude is aggravating the problem, resulting in the prolonged suffering of commuters. Sooner than never. Hope the authorities from both the vital wings sit across the table and hammer out an early solution to the problem, without further loss of time.
