Ministerfor Tourism, Culture, and Excise Jupally Krishna Rao on Wednesday surprised everyone by traveling on the Metro rail in Hyderabad just like an ordinary commuter.

Breaking away from standard protocols, Krishna Rao boarded the Metro in a remarkably simple and unassuming manner. He traveled from Erramanzil station to Miyapur by Metro to attend a private event in the city.

Upon reaching the station, the Minister personally purchased a ticket and proceeded to the platform. As the train was heavily crowded, the Minister did not attempt to find a seat but instead traveled standing alongside his fellow passengers.

During the journey, he engaged in conversation with his co-travelers and inquired about the amenities available during the Metro ride.

Although the passengers were initially surprised to see the Minister amidst them, they spoke to him enthusiastically once he greeted them. While several passengers showed keen interest in taking selfies with him, the Minister patiently posed for photos with them.

On the occasion, Jupally Krishna Rao expressed the view that the Metro contributes significantly to helping people reach their destinations quickly and without facing traffic congestion.
