Ministerfor Animal Husbandry and Sports, Vakiti Srihari stated that the State government accords the highest priority to the development of the education sector and the welfare of students, and urged students to make effective use of the facilities provided by the government to achieve lofty goals.

Minister Vakiti Srihari, along with Nagarkurnool MP Mallu Ravi, inaugurated the newly constructed SC Welfare Girls' Hostel building at Peerlagutta in Wanaparthy town on Wednesday.

The Minister informed that the hostel building was constructed at a cost of Rs 1.20 crore, funded by the MPLADS scheme.

Subsequently, he laid the foundation stone for additional infrastructure development works at the KGBV school in Marrikunta, sanctioned at a cost of Rs 80 lakh. Addressing the female students of the SC Welfare Hostel, Minister Vakiti Srihari stated that the State government accords the highest priority to the development of the education sector and the welfare of students. He urged the students to make the best use of the facilities provided by the government to achieve lofty goals.

He encouraged the students to study diligently and reach the pinnacle of success in their lives.

He noted that MP Mallu Ravi himself had studied while residing in a Social Welfare Hostel; for this very reason, the MP prioritises Social Welfare Hostels and extended his cooperation toward the construction of this new building. He congratulated the MP for constructing such an excellent hostel building in Wanaparthy. MLA Megha Reddy, other public representatives, and the students also expressed their gratitude to MP Mallu Ravi.

Addressing the students, MP Mallu Ravi advised them to utilise the facilities provided by the government effectively to achieve their high aspirations.
