Ina move to accommodate the increased passenger demand during the summer season, South Central Railway has announced the extension of several weekly special trains connecting key destinations across the country. The decision aims to ease congestion and provide additional travel options for passengers during the peak holiday period. According to railway officials, special train services between Charlapalli and Raxaul will continue to operate for an extended period. Train Number 07007 from Charlapalli to Raxaul will run every Wednesday from April 15 to June 24, 2026, covering a total of eleven services.

In the return direction, Train Number 07008 from Raxaul to Charlapalli will operate every Friday from April 17 to June 26, also for eleven services. Additionally, special trains between Charlapalli and Tiruchchirappalli have been extended. Train Number 07615 will run every Tuesday from April 14 to June 2, while Train Number 07616 will operate every Wednesday from April 15 to June 3, offering eight services in each direction. Railway authorities also provided updated stoppage timings at Danapur station.

The Charlapalli–Raxaul special will arrive at 23:03 hours and depart at 23:05 hours, while the return service will arrive at 01:33 hours and depart at 01:35 hours. SCR officials stated that these extensions ensure smoother travel and reduce waiting lists. Passengers are advised to plan journeys in advance and make use of these additional services provided throughout the busy summer travel season.
