RayalaseemaRegion In-charge Home Guards Commandant M Mahesh Kumar called upon personnel to discharge their duties responsibly and enhance the reputation of the police department while ensuring effective public service.

A parade of Home Guards was conducted at the local police parade ground under the directions of District Superintendent of Police S Satish Kumar.

The Commandant attended as the chief guest, inspected the parade, and later addressed the personnel.

He provided detailed guidance to Home Guards assigned for upcoming election duty in Tamil Nadu, explaining their roles and appropriate conduct while interacting with voters. Emphasising discipline and professionalism, he urged them to perform their responsibilities with dedication.

Mahesh Kumar stressed the importance of maintaining good health, stating that physical fitness is essential for efficient duty performance.

He advised personnel to recall their training, enhance their skills, and remain prepared for challenges in daily duties.

He also highlighted safety during travel, instructing personnel to carry valid driving licences, ensure timely renewal of insurance, and follow proper protocols. Home Guards were advised to report any issues through sub-division in-charges or higher authorities for resolution.

A grievance session was held later to address concerns, which will be forwarded to the District SP for necessary action. AR DSP Srinivasulu, RI Vali, RSI Pradeep Singh, and other staff attended the programme.
